52|365:Week 3 - Breakfast

Well Second Breakfast anyway (or maybe third breakfast) Bonnie is a grazer. She starts minutes after she wakes up, literally, first words after she wakes up are I'm hungry. She goes all day wanting to eat. Until dinner, that she refuses to eat! Today second breakfast (and third) was Clementines, I love me a sweet tangerine!!

Well, you just described my daughter to a T! She has three breakfasts before lunch too. Dinner is always a battle, and she's NINE. I stopped telling her she had to take so many bites of this and that before she could leave the table. A few years back I just started giving her a mouse sized portion for dinner and that she had to at least sit at the table with us and eat it. Two bites of chicken. 3 lettuce leaves. 2 potato slices. I finally made peace with the fact that she consumed her calorie intake during the day and by the time she reached dinner she was done!

Max is a grazer. Kind of drives me crazy. But I guess little kids just don't like sitting down for a big meal. Max also went through the satsuma stage too. He'd eat one after another after another. :-)

Tanner is EXACTLY the same way. He wakes up and says, I WANT BREAKFAST! 20 minutes after he's done, he's asking for snacks.

I"m posting my picture for the week. I need to get all the links too......
