I was going to take a photo of my boys playing xbox, or the youngest girl watching princess movies "vegging" out on the couch but in my attempt to pretend to be a good mom I decided to go literal with the theme this week! Samantha's party is tonight and with the $40 worth of candy I decided I better at least try to counter balance that with something healthy! So here I cut peppers, carrots and celery for the veggie cups! Those peppers were almost too pretty to cut into!

They are almost too pretty to cut into. :) While I would certainly have reached for the $40 of candy first, these still look delicious.
